This transformative program will include daily yoga, meditation, fitness, beautiful walks in the countryside and daily self-development workshops. Roxie will be sharing with you a very special fire ceremony and our fabulous massage therapist will be on hand for all guests to renew and restore with a detoxifying deep tissue massage.  Over the course of the three days Roxie will be taking you in depth through her Body & Mind Workshop. Within this she will teach you everything she knows about fitness, nutrition, self discipline, breaking old patterns, making new habits, creating solid routines, staying committed to positive changes, dealing with binge eating and emotional eating, and how to create the ultimate mental health tool box for you to live your life to the fullest.
